Add up to 12 drops of Aromaland's Sensitive Skin or Indulgence Blends (which contain Sage) to 1oz. of unscented body care product.
Add a few drops of Aromaland's Breathe Easy Blend (which contains Sage) to a bowl of hot water for a steam treatment that helps ease respiratory problems. This blend is also great for the sauna.
History:Long history of a culinary and medicinal plant. However, the oil contains high levels of thujone and needs to be handled with expertise. Common ingredient in oral care products, hair care, shampoos, antiperspirants. Also used to flavor Vermouth and other beverages and meat products.
