Aromatherapy Properties:Gives courage, uplifting, reviving. Non-irritating Thyme Oil, and the mildest of them all, yet very effective within a wide range of applications.
Suggested Use:Add 3 drops of Thyme Linalol or 9 drops of Aromaland's Theraclear Blend (which contains Thyme) to 1oz. of unscented massage oil or lotion to massage sore, aching muscles.
Thyme Linalol is the recommended choice for cooking and can be added to dishes that you would otherwise prepare with the dried herb, such as salads, sauces and savory dishes. Simply dilute with Canola, Olive or Grapeseed Oil at a concentration of 5% (45 drops per 1oz. of Carrier Oil).
History:There are many different chemotypes of Thymus vulgaris. Influenced by its surroundings, this plant will produce very different oils depending on climate, soil condition and altitude.
